Return Policy

You may return your SA Naturals product within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

Opened or unsealed boxes are not eligible for return. Only items in their original, unopened condition qualify.

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number. We will provide return instructions and validate your request.

After we receive and inspect the return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.

Once processed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
